The seat of the Municipal Office. The building is located in the western part of the Old Market Square. A stone and brick building, set on a rectangular plan. In architectural terms, it is a two-storey building with a risalit on the east side, covered by a hipped roof. Eleven-axis front elevation, of which three central axes connect to the risalit, with the main entrance in the centre. Three-axis side elevations. Eleven-axis rear elevation. The building has architectural detailing with rustications, window frames, rocaille above the windows, cornices, and a wreath filling the tympanum area of the risalit. Historic timber window joinery. Historic door joinery. The building has special historical, architectural and spatial values, which is why it has been entered in the register of historical monuments.
