Auxiliary church of the parish of Our Lady of Fatima in Dębno. A neo-Gothic building, of unplastered brick. The block measures 16.62x8 m, covered by a gable roof, linked to the vicarage by halls. Interior with raised, planked ceiling, the presbytery section separated by a rainbow arch. In the centre, above the altar, is a wooden statue of St Anthony of Padua with the Lord Jesus in his arms against the west wall.
