Parish Church of Mother of God in Czachów

The frescoes of the Czachów church have intrigued and prompted various interpretations since they were revealed by conservators. They outraged some (devils in church!), made some laugh, provoked others. There is no doubt that we are dealing with a puzzle that may never be solved. It is not even entirely clear when they were created and whether they definitely had a single author. There are more questions than answers in the church in Czachów. Another complicating aspect is partial damage due to the passage of time and the restructuring of the church.
